Worked with

Problems we solve

Is your SaaS idea stuck, or your product struggling to scale?

SaaS products fail for avoidable reasons: they never ship, or they ship on foundations that can't handle more customers, plans and data.

  1. 01

    Single-tenant shortcuts

The first version was built for one customer, and adding the second means copying the whole app.

  2. 02

    Billing bolted on late

Plans, trials, upgrades and failed payments are handled by hand, and revenue leaks.

  3. 03

    Slows down as customers grow

Pages and reports that were fine with ten customers time out with a hundred.

  4. 04

    No visibility into usage

You can't see which features customers use, who is about to churn or why trials don't convert.

Our solution

SaaS foundations done right from the first customer

We build the parts every SaaS needs, tenancy, billing, onboarding, roles and analytics, properly from the start, so you spend your time on the product only you can build.

  • We run SaaS ourselves

Classify-X, Social Sphere CRM, ZeroVault and ZOC Link are our own products. We live with our architecture decisions every day.

  • Multi-tenant by design

Data isolation, per-customer settings, plans and white-label branding are designed into the data model, not patched in later.

  • Built to measure and grow

Product analytics, monitoring and scalable cloud infrastructure from launch, so growth is visible and the platform keeps up.

Guide

SaaS development: a practical guide for founders

What is SaaS development?

SaaS (software as a service) is software customers use over the internet on a subscription, instead of installing it. SaaS development covers the product itself and everything around it: sign-up, onboarding, billing, administration, security and the cloud infrastructure that runs it.

Because many customers share one product, SaaS needs foundations that one-off software doesn't, such as tenant isolation and subscription management.

Multi-tenancy explained

A multi-tenant SaaS serves many customers (tenants) from one codebase and deployment, while keeping each customer's data separate. Options range from a shared database with tenant IDs on every row, to a separate schema or database per tenant.

The right model depends on data sensitivity, customer size and compliance needs. Choosing it early avoids painful migrations later.

Pricing and billing

Billing is part of the product. Plans, trials, upgrades, downgrades, usage limits, invoices and failed payments all need to be handled automatically and reflected in what each customer can use.

Design pricing so it can change: you will adjust plans as you learn what customers value.

Security and compliance

SaaS customers trust you with their data. Isolate tenant data, use role-based access, encrypt connections and sensitive data, keep audit logs, back up regularly and monitor for unusual activity.

Larger customers will ask about single sign-on, data export, retention and where data is hosted. Planning for these early speeds up enterprise deals.

Metrics that matter

Track activation (do new users reach the core value?), retention (do they keep using it?), conversion (do trials become paying customers?) and churn (who leaves, and why?).

Instrument these from launch. Without data, roadmap decisions become guesses.

Scaling a SaaS product

Scaling usually means handling more data, more users and more integrations without slowing down. Database indexing, caching, background jobs and well-sized cloud infrastructure do most of the work.

Scale step by step based on monitoring, rather than over-building for traffic you don't have yet.

For overseas founders: working with a SaaS development agency in India

Many SaaS founders in the US, UK, Australia and elsewhere build with an Indian team. What makes it work is the same as with any partner: a written scope, regular demos on a preview link, an agreed daily overlap with your timezone, and code, cloud and billing accounts in your company's name from day one.

Your contract should assign intellectual property to your company and include confidentiality and data-protection terms. We prepare proposals in your currency and sign NDAs before detailed discussions.

What affects the cost of SaaS development

Costs vary with the product's scope, tenancy model, billing complexity, integrations, mobile apps, security and compliance requirements, design depth, timeline and the support needed after launch.

We don't publish fixed prices or packages. After a strategy call, we send a written proposal with scope, deliverables and a customised quotation.

Frequently asked questions

What does a SaaS development company do?

It designs, builds and runs subscription software products, including the core product, sign-up and onboarding, billing, administration, security and cloud infrastructure.

Have you built your own SaaS products?

Yes. Classify-X, Social Sphere CRM, ZeroVault and ZOC Link are SaaS products designed, built and run by our team.

What is a multi-tenant SaaS?

A SaaS where many customers share one codebase and deployment while each customer's data stays separate and secure.

Can you add subscriptions and billing?

Yes. We build plans, trials, upgrades, usage limits, invoices and failed-payment handling with payment gateways such as Razorpay and Stripe.

Should I start with an MVP?

If you haven't validated demand yet, yes. Our MVP development service builds the smallest product that proves the idea, on foundations you can extend into a full SaaS.

Can you convert our single-customer software into SaaS?

Yes. We redesign the data model for multi-tenancy, add billing and onboarding, and migrate existing customers without downtime.

Can you build white-label SaaS?

Yes. Classify-X is white-label: each institute runs it under its own brand.

Do we own the code and IP?

Yes. The code, designs, cloud accounts and data belong to your company.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share details of your product.

Do you work with SaaS founders outside India?

Yes. We work remotely with founders in India and abroad, with regular calls, written updates and preview environments.

Do you build SaaS products for overseas companies?

Yes. We work with founders and companies outside India, with agreed overlap hours, contracts that assign IP to you and proposals in your currency.

How much does SaaS development cost in India?

It depends on scope, tenancy, billing, integrations, apps, security needs and support. We do not publish fixed prices; share your plans and we will send a customised quotation.
