• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.
• Payments should be made as outlined in the invoice provided.
• Late payments may result in service interruptions or additional fees.
• All payment disputes should be raised within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

• Ownership of intellectual property will be as defined in the service agreement.
• We retain the right to use general knowledge and skills acquired during the project, excluding proprietary client information.

• We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information.
• Confidential information includes all business, financial, technical, and proprietary information.
• We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service causing the liability.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, as specified in the service agreement.
• Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid immediately.
• We may terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the terms of the agreement.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through negotiation.

• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, along with the service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government actions.
