• Website Maintenance: Ongoing support and updates for websites.
• CMS & Custom Email Solutions: Content management system setup and custom email solutions.

• Each engagement is provided under a separate service agreement, proposal, or invoice.
• That agreement sets out the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for the project.
• Changes to the agreed scope of work may require a written amendment or a new agreement, and may affect timeline or price.

• Payment terms for a project are specified in the relevant service agreement or invoice.
• Payments should be made according to the schedule set out in the invoice provided.
• Late payments may result in a pause of services or additional charges.
• Payment disputes should be raised within 7 days of receiving the relevant invoice.

• Ownership of intellectual property in project deliverables is as defined in the service agreement.
• We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and skills gained while delivering a project, excluding any of the client's proprietary or confidential information.

• We treat client information shared with us in the course of a project as confidential.
• Confidential information includes business, financial, technical, and other proprietary information shared for the purpose of the engagement.
• We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the service (for example, to a subcontractor or infrastructure provider bound by confidentiality obligations).

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content, materials, or access credentials you provide for use in a project.
• Timely feedback and approvals from you are often required to keep a project on schedule; delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.

• Our total liability arising out of a service is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the liability.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, as specified in the applicable service agreement.
• Upon termination, any outstanding invoices for work already performed become due immediately.
• We may suspend or terminate services if you fail to meet your obligations under the applicable agreement, including payment obligations.

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
• Changes take effect once posted on our website, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
• Continued use of our website or services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• If a dispute arises under these terms, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation.
