Worked with

Problems we solve

Is your idea stuck between a pitch deck and a product?

Most early products don't fail because the idea is bad. They fail because they take too long to reach users, or are built in a way that can't change once users respond.

  1. 01

    Building too much, too early

Months go into features nobody asked for, and the money runs out before the first real users arrive.

  2. 02

    No technical co-founder

You know the market but not the stack, and every agency quote describes a different product.

  3. 03

    A prototype that can't grow

A no-code or freelance build works for a demo, then has to be thrown away when users and investors arrive.

  4. 04

No way to measure what works

Without analytics and feedback built in, you can't tell which features matter or why users leave.

Our solution

The smallest product that proves the idea, built to keep

We cut the idea down to the one journey that proves it, build that properly, and put it in front of users fast enough to learn from them.

  • Scope around one core journey

We identify the job your first users need done and the shortest path through it. Everything else goes on a written roadmap, not into the first release.

  • Built on a stack that scales

Your MVP uses the same production-grade technology a larger product would, so you extend it after launch instead of rebuilding it.

  • Measured from day one

Product analytics, error monitoring and a feedback loop are part of the first release, so every decision after launch is based on real use.

Our approach

How we take an MVP from idea to launch

The product changes from founder to founder. The way we build doesn't. Open each step to see what it covers.

  1. 01.Discovery workshop

We define the problem, the first users, the riskiest assumption and the core journey that will test it.

  2. 02.Scope and prototype

A prioritised feature list and a clickable prototype, so you can test the flow with users before development starts.

  3. 03.Architecture

Technology, data model, integrations and hosting chosen for the MVP and the product it could become, agreed in writing.

  4. 04.Build in short sprints

Working software on a preview link at every check-in, so you see progress and can adjust priorities as you learn.

  5. 05.Test and launch

Quality checks on real devices, analytics and error monitoring, then launch to your first users or app stores.

  6. 06.Measure and iterate

We review what users do, agree the next priorities with you and keep improving the product.

Common MVP mistakes

MVP mistakes we help founders avoid

These are common reasons early products stall, and what we do differently.

  • Too many features in version one

    What you notice
The launch keeps moving because every feature feels essential.
    How we fix it
One core journey for the first release; everything else on a prioritised roadmap.
  • Building before talking to users

    What you notice
The product works but nobody seems to need it.
    How we fix it
A clickable prototype tested with real users before development starts.
  • Throwaway technology

    What you notice
The prototype can't handle real users, payments or investor due diligence.
    How we fix it
A production-grade stack from day one, sized for the MVP.
  • No analytics

    What you notice
Users sign up, then disappear, and nobody knows why.
    How we fix it
Product analytics and feedback tools set up before launch.
  • Code nobody else can work on

    What you notice
Only one freelancer understands the product, and progress stops when they leave.
    How we fix it
Clean, documented code in your repository, ready for your own team.
  • Ignoring security and data

    What you notice
Personal or payment data handled casually, creating risk before you grow.
    How we fix it
Authentication, access control, backups and secure payments from the first release.

Guide

MVP development: a practical guide for founders

What is an MVP?

An MVP (minimum viable product) is the smallest version of a product that real users can use to get real value, and that lets you learn whether the idea works. It is not a demo or a mock-up: people sign up, use it, and ideally pay for it.

The word that matters most is viable. An MVP should do one thing well enough that users would miss it if it disappeared. Everything that does not help prove that can wait.

How to decide what goes into your MVP

Start with your riskiest assumption: the thing that, if wrong, makes the business fail. For most products it is whether a specific group of users will change their behaviour or pay for a solution.

Then design the shortest journey that tests it. List every feature, ask whether the first users need it to complete that journey, and move everything else to a roadmap. Logins, payments and basic admin are usually in; advanced settings, integrations and edge cases usually wait.

MVP, prototype and proof of concept

A proof of concept tests whether something is technically possible. A prototype shows how the product would look and flow, often without real data. An MVP is a working product used by real people.

Many founders use all three in order: a proof of concept for a risky technical piece, a prototype to test the flow and pitch, then an MVP to test the market.

Choosing the right technology for an MVP

Choose technology that is quick to build with, widely used and able to scale, so you can hire developers for it later. For web products we usually use Next.js and React; for mobile, Flutter; for the back end, Node.js or Django with PostgreSQL.

No-code tools can be useful for very early tests, but products that need custom logic, integrations, performance or investor due diligence usually outgrow them. Building the MVP on a production-grade stack avoids a costly rebuild.

Building a SaaS MVP

A SaaS MVP needs a few foundations that other products may not: separate data for each customer account, subscription billing, onboarding, and an admin view so you can support customers.

Getting multi-tenancy and billing right early saves painful changes later. We designed Classify-X as a multi-tenant, white-label platform from the start for this reason.

What investors look for in an MVP

Investors look for evidence: real users, engagement, retention and, ideally, revenue. A working product that people use regularly is far more convincing than a polished demo.

They also look at whether the product can grow. Clean code in your own repository, sensible architecture and clear documentation help during technical due diligence.

After launch: measure, learn, iterate

Launch is the start of learning. Track activation (do users reach the core value?), retention (do they come back?) and conversion (do they pay?). Talk to users who stay and users who leave.

Use what you learn to decide the next features, and resist adding everything users ask for. The roadmap should follow evidence, not the loudest request.

For founders outside India

If you are building an MVP from the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East or Australia, an Indian team can stretch your runway without lowering standards, as long as the basics are right: a tightly written scope, demos every iteration, daily overlap hours and all accounts in your name.

We prepare proposals in your currency, sign NDAs before detailed discussions and assign intellectual property to your company in the contract.

What affects the cost of MVP development

MVP costs vary with the platforms involved (web, mobile or both), the number of user roles and screens, integrations such as payments or third-party APIs, AI features, design depth, security and compliance needs, timeline and post-launch support.

Because these differ so much between products, we don't publish fixed prices or packages. After a scoping call, we send a written proposal with the scope, deliverables and a customised quotation.

Frequently asked questions

What is MVP development?

MVP development is designing and building the smallest working version of a product that real users can use, so you can test whether the idea works before investing in a full product.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

It depends on the scope: platforms, user roles, integrations and features. A focused scope is the biggest factor. We agree a timeline in the written proposal after the scoping call.

Should my MVP be a web app or a mobile app?

Build where your users already are. A web app is usually faster to launch and easier to update; a mobile app makes sense when the product depends on phone features, notifications or offline use. We'll recommend one on the strategy call.

Can you build an MVP if I don't have a technical co-founder?

Yes. We act as your technical team: we help shape the scope, choose the technology, build the product and document it so your own team can take over later.

Will I own the code and intellectual property?

Yes. The code, designs, accounts and data belong to your company, and the code lives in a repository you control.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. Much of our work is under NDA, and we're happy to sign one before you share your idea.

Can you rebuild our no-code prototype?

Yes. We review what you have, keep what works, and rebuild the product on a scalable stack, migrating your users and data.

Can my MVP scale after launch?

Yes. We build MVPs on production-grade technology sized for launch, so growth means extending and scaling the product rather than rebuilding it.

Do you help after the MVP launches?

Yes. We offer ongoing development, analytics reviews and infrastructure scaling, and can hand the product over to your in-house team when you hire one.

Do you build SaaS MVPs with subscriptions?

Yes. We build multi-tenant SaaS products with sign-up, onboarding, subscription billing and admin tools. Our own product Classify-X is a multi-tenant, white-label SaaS platform.

Can you build an AI MVP?

Yes. We build products with AI features such as assistants, document processing and summaries, designed with cost controls, accuracy checks and privacy safeguards.

Do you work with startups outside India?

Yes. We work remotely with founders in India and abroad, with scheduled calls, written updates and preview links you can review at any time.

Do you build MVPs for founders outside India?

Yes. We work across time zones with agreed overlap hours, contracts that assign IP to you and proposals in your currency.

Are you an MVP app development company in India?

Yes. We are an MVP app development company in India building web and mobile MVPs, including SaaS MVPs, for founders in India and abroad.

How much does MVP development cost in India?

It depends on the scope: platforms, features, integrations, design depth and support needs. We do not publish fixed prices; share your idea and we will send a customised quotation after a scoping call.
