1. Introduction
Zero One Creation ("Zero One Creation," "we," "us," or "our") provides web and app development, SEO, UX/UI design, e-commerce and API solutions, website maintenance, and CMS and email solutions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through zeroonecreation.com, why we collect it, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you. It applies to visitors of our website and to prospective and existing clients who contact us through it.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, enquiry form, newsletter signup, exit-intent form, or a job application, we collect what you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, project or role details, budget, timeline, message content, and, for job applications, a resume or CV file.
- Technical and usage information. When you browse our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and pages viewed. Some of this information is collected only where our cookie consent tool records your agreement, as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Anti-spam and security signals. Our forms use bot-detection measures, including Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect against automated and fraudulent submissions. This can involve processing limited technical data about your device and connection.
We do not currently process payment card information through our website, as we do not operate online checkout or payment collection on zeroonecreation.com.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Responding to inquiries. To reply to contact, enquiry, and job application submissions, and to send confirmation notices for those submissions.
- Providing and discussing our services. To evaluate a potential project, prepare proposals, and communicate with you about work you have engaged us for.
- Newsletter and updates. If you subscribe to our newsletter, to send you the updates you signed up for. We only send newsletter content to addresses that were submitted through the newsletter signup itself.
- Website security and abuse prevention. To detect and prevent spam, fraudulent submissions, and misuse of our forms.
- Analytics and improvement. Where you have consented to analytics cookies, to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) for essential site functions and, where you consent, for analytics. Non-essential categories are off by default until you choose to turn them on, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" control in the site footer. The categories we use, and how each one is used, are described in full in our Cookie Policy.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with the following categories of recipients, only as needed for the purposes described above:
- Service providers. Vendors who process data on our behalf to operate the website and handle submissions, including our content and hosting infrastructure, our internal client-management system, Cloudflare (bot protection and file storage for uploaded documents such as resumes), our email delivery provider, and analytics providers (Google Tag Manager and PostHog) where you have consented to analytics cookies.
- Legal and compliance. Where required to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid legal request, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Zero One Creation, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If Zero One Creation is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy.
6. International Data Processing
Some of the service providers described above operate infrastructure outside India, which means personal information may be processed on servers located in other countries. Where this occurs, we work with providers that maintain their own security and privacy commitments for the data they process on our behalf.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you have engaged us for, maintain our business records, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete it or restrict further use.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss, including transmitting data over encrypted connections and restricting access to submitted information to personnel who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and correction. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you and request that inaccurate information be corrected.
- Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records as described in Data Retention.
- Marketing and newsletter opt-out. You may ask us to stop sending you newsletter or marketing communications at any time.
To exercise any of these choices, contact us at contact@zeroonecreation.com. We will respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable time.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will take steps to delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
