At Zero One Creation, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional web and app development services, including SEO, UX/UI design, E-Commerce solutions, API solutions, website maintenance, CMS, and custom email solutions. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our work, but we understand that there may be instances where a refund might be necessary.

• You may request a refund if you are dissatisfied with only the design and development services provided.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable or after project completion.
• The refund applies specifically to the design and development components of the projects only.

• A 60% refund of the total project fee, excluding any third party payments (like Domain Purchase, Hosting, Mails & etc.) will be issued if the request meets the criteria outlined below.

• Refunds will be processed 30 days after the refund request is approved.
• Refunds will be issued after deducting any costs already incurred, including but not limited to development, design, administrative, and third-party charges.
• Any refund will be calculated based on the amount paid for design and development services only, not including other services such as SEO, UX/UI design, or E-Commerce solutions.

• To initiate a refund request, contact us via email at contact@zeroonecreation.com with a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction and any relevant documentation.
• Provide your project details, including the project name, date of completion, and the specific issues you encountered.
• Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

• Refunds do not apply to any services related to SEO, UX/UI design, E-Commerce solutions, API solutions, website maintenance, CMS, or custom email solutions beyond the initial design and development phase.
• Refunds will not be provided if work has been completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications and scope.

• If a dispute arises regarding the refund request, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

• Zero One Creation reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and/or directly to affected clients.
