Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. Redesigns start with understanding why the current version isn't working, not just giving it a new look, so the fix addresses the actual UX debt instead of covering it up.
Can you design for both web and mobile in the same project?+
Yes. Most products we design ship across web and mobile, so we design the system once, with platform-specific patterns applied where iOS, Android, and web conventions genuinely differ.
